  • Shipping rates are weight-based and vary depending on the total weight of your package.
  • For international orders, the customer is responsible for paying all import duties and taxes.
  • We do our best to offer you the most competitive shipping rates possible.

Yes, we offer 2-Day shipping and Overnight shipping options. However, please note higher shipping rates do apply. When placing your order, please take into account the 3-5 business days for order processing on all orders.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This email contains the carrier tracking number for your order and a link to the carrier’s web site. You can track the status of your shipment by entering the tracking number into the appropriate field.


All products are customized and hence are final sale — we are unable to accept returns.
If you receive a damaged custom product, then contact our customer support - - within 15 days of receiving the order. For approved damaged product, you will receive an exact duplicate. No substitutions allowed.

You may exchange your product until it goes to print. After it goes to print, it will not be exchangeable. Please contact our customer support - - to check on the latest status of your order.
